Ok, it's a great drawing, you just need to correct the width of the knees, eyes and head proportion to the body... i would sugest some tutorials and studys of body proportion here in deviantart. Then, you can search for "Cure Berry", ~teru-chan drawing, to see how skirtbars are done... look into some nude/seminude drawings here in deviantart too, to see the curves/lines of female body (if you don't want to, see some drafting by ~Teru-chan and ~osy057, they're almost at pro level), and some good hair drawings too! Train the shoes (just don't freak out, they're really hard to do). The hands/arms positions are just great, but you need to train the arm muscles and fingers... This is an overall comment, you can use it to any other drawings you're doing in the future! I guess that's it
